Lasagna Rolls,
Mis En Place, i.e. Ingredients
- 330 g ground beef, extra lean
- 02 T tomato paste
- 1/8 c tomato passata
- 1/4 c cottage cheese, 01%
- 01 t salt
- 01 t garlic powder
- 01 t oregano flakes
- 05 tortillas, low carb
- 1/2 cup tomato passata, divided
- 150 g shredded mozzarella, low fat and divided
- Parsley
Method
Preheat oven to 400° F. Season and cook ground beef over medium heat for 6 min.Assemble tortilla, sauce, filling, 1/2 mozzarella. Top with remaining tomato passata and mozzarella. Bake for 15–18 min.
Top with chopped parsley and serve.
