Hot & Sour Soup,
Instructions
Boil water, tofu, mushrooms, soy sauce, white vinegar, white pepper, and bamboo shoots. Drizzle cornstarch mixture to thicken. Drizzle beaten eggs into soup, stirring top with sesame oil.Alternate: 05 eggs whites, 04 chicken bouillon cubes, 02x cornstarch in water.

- 02.5 qt water
- 01 block tofu
- 03 shitake mushrooms
- 00.5 c soy sauce
- 00.5 t white vinegar
- 00.5 t white vinegar
- 02 T corn starch in 04 c water (x02)
- 05 egg whites beaten
- 00.5 t sesame oil
- 01.5c bamboo shoots chicken bouillion
