Daddio’s Spaghetti,
Excellent!Instructions
!! Open your fav bottle (or two) of red wine to let it start breathing !!Combine first four ingredients in medium sauce pan and cook on medium heat until meat is browned. Add next four ingredients and cook on medium low heat for seven minutes.
Stir in spicy spaghetti seasoning and cook for two minutes. Stir in sauce and 1/4 cup of red wine and simmer on low/low heat for as long as you can stand it... at least 1 hour if you have the time.
Serve on top of your fav spaghetti noodles. Do not overcook noodles. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve with warm garlic bread and a side salad if you like.

- 00.75 lb lean ground beef or turkey
- 01 T minced garlic
- 01 t worchestershire sauce
- 01 t garlic/pepper seasoning
- 01 small onion diced
- 01 cup mushrooms sliced
- 00.5 green bell pepper diced
- 00.5 red or yellow bell pepper diced
- 02 T spicy spaghetti seasoning
- 02 jars Classico fire roasted tomato & garlic spaghetti sauce
- fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- garlic bread
- side salad
- red wine
