Dirty Empress Martini,

Mis En Place, i.e. Ingredients

  • 2.25 oz Empress 1908 gin
  • 0.75 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Lemon twist or olives, for garnish

Method

Stir all ingredients over ice until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or olives, depending on your taste.
