Garlic Hummus,
Ingredients
- 15 oz garbanzo beans (or chickpeas)
- 02 cloves of garlic
- 02 t ground cumin
- 00.5 t salt
- Juice of half a lemon
- 02 T olive oil
- 01 heaping spoonful Greek yogurt
Method
Combine chickpeas, garlic, cumin, salt, lemon, and olive oil in a food processor and blend to desired consistency. Intermittently scrape the bowl to ensure all of the chickpeas are blended. If the consistency is too thick, add a drizzle of the aquafaba to loosen it up. Add one heaping spoonful of Greek yogurt to make it creamy. Enjoy!Notes
