Grapefruit Gimlet,

Mis En Place, i.e. Ingredients

  • 1.5 Grapefruit vodka
  • 2 Grapefruit juice
  • 0.75 Lemon juice
  • 0.75 Rosemary simple syrup (fresh rosemary, 1:1 sugar and water)

Method

Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice. Pour over fresh ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
