Lasagna Rolls,

Mis En Place, i.e. Ingredients

  • 330 g ground beef, extra lean
  • 02 T tomato paste
  • 1/8 c tomato passata
  • 1/4 c cottage cheese, 01%
  • 01 t salt
  • 01 t garlic powder
  • 01 t oregano flakes
  • 05 tortillas, low carb
  • 1/2 cup tomato passata, divided
  • 150 g shredded mozzarella, low fat and divided
  • Parsley

Method

Preheat oven to 400° F. Season and cook ground beef over medium heat for 6 min.

Assemble tortilla, sauce, filling, 1/2 mozzarella. Top with remaining tomato passata and mozzarella. Bake for 15–18 min.

Top with chopped parsley and serve.
